Car transaction leads to theft accusations

A Wyomissing man sent a $350 remote-control car to another man, with the agreement he'd get a similar car in return. The sender never held up his end of the bargain, and has since refused to send the promised car. So on Oct. 17, the victim called Wyomissing police.
