Flooding closes roads in West Reading

As of 4 p.m. this afternoon, the 100 block of Chestnut Street as well as South First Avenue in West Reading were closed because of flooding. The parking lot between Palmer's and the Bertolet Fishing Dock was underwater, as was a portion of South First Avenue at Franklin Street.
