A sure sign of intoxication is knocking over furniture. Maybe that's not a medical distinction but it was good enough for West Reading police, who watched a man topple a table (while tippled?) about 2:45 a.m. Aug. 6 in the 400 block of Penn Avenue. The officers arrested the man for public intoxication.
