A West Reading man called borough police about 6:55 p.m. Aug. 15 when he discovered the downspouts had been stolen from his home in the 500 block of Sunset Road.
Earlier in the morning on Aug. 15, a Wyomissing man called police to report the theft of copper downspouts that had been taken from a business in the 1200 block of Penn Avenue in Wyomissing.
