A man called Wyomissing police about 2 p.m. Aug. 4 to report that his 4-year-old son was assaulted by another 4-year-old while the two were in a day care center in the 2200 block of Ridgewood Road in the borough. Police reported the assault to the Southeast Office of Child Development.
