A West Reading man called police at 11:30 a.m. April 28 after he discovered someone stole a wheel and tire from his vehicle while it was parked in the 700 block of Wayne Avenue in the borough.
A few days later, another wheel-related theft from a vehicle took place. Early in the morning of May 3, a West Reading resident discovered someone had stolen hubcaps and lugnuts from a vehicle parked in the 700 block of Franklin Street.
