Drunken man found in bushes in Wyomissing

A man delivering newspapers about 1:34 a.m. Jan. 1 found a man passed out in the bushes in the first block of Woodland Road in Wyomissing. Police said the man, who was "extremely intoxicated," had been trying to get to his girlfriend's house. Instead, his mom came to take him home. Officers cited the young man for underage drinking.
