Speeding driver arrested on warrant

Wyomissing police stopped a vehicle about 2:17 a.m. Nov. 19 for speeding on the Warren Street Bypass in the borough. The vehicle had an expired registration and the driver had an outstanding warrant. She owed $200 in fines from an earlier unpaid speeding ticket. She was cited for the latest stop and arrested, then handed over to constables.
