Throwing hatchets at a target is legal in West Reading, neighbor discovers
A woman called West Reading police about 10:53 a.m. Oct. 9 to find out if it was legal for her neighbor in the 300 block of Franklin Street to throw knives and hatchets at a target, presumably on the neighbor's property. Police informed the woman that such a practice did not, in fact, violate any borough laws.
