A woman drove south about 2:50 a.m. June 26 in the first block of Tulpehocken Avenue, a one-way northbound street in West Reading. Police stopped her and charged her with drunken driving.
About 15 minutes later, police spotted another vehicle turn the wrong way on Tulpehocken Avenue from Court Street. Both the driver and passenger were arrested; the driver for drunken driving, the passenger for having open warrants. The driver faces charges pending blood test results.
