Sneakers, wallet among items stolen from vehicle parked in Wyomissing

A man called Wyomissing police about 10:20 a.m. July 14 after discovering someone had stolen a wallet, a $150 pair of Nike sneakers, two pairs of sunglasses and cash from his vehicle, which had been parked in the first block of Goldfinch Drive. The wallet contained $60 in cash and several credit cards, all of which the victim canceled. He also had $17 in bills and loose change in the ashtray. The victim told police his vehicle had been locked.
