Not a domestic; just indecisive

Someone thought they saw a couple arguing in a vehicle about 1:31 a.m. July 6 in the parking lot of a Wawa store in the 2000 block of Museum Road in Wyomissing. When police arrived, the people inside the car assured the officer they weren’t fighting. They were out on a date and discussing what they should do next.
