Littering leads to fugitive’s arrest
Police arrested both occupants of a vehicle who littered and failed to use a turn signal about 10:41 p.m. June 22 at the intersection of Park Road North and Spring Street in Wyomissing. Both had warrants but one man, a 30-year-old Reading resident, made his problems worse by using a fake ID. On July 8 he waived his preliminary hearing and jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail. He is charged with forgery, tampering with identification, making a false statement and using forged writing.
