West Reading man faces drug charges after sister calls police

A woman called police after she found a needle filled with heroin in her brother’s bedroom, along with the brother, who appeared to be high. Police arrived and found the 32-year-old suspect, “who was obviously under the influence of the narcotic.” He was treated and released from Reading Hospital, then arrested on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia.
