Vehicle strikes pedestrian in Wyomissing

A man recovering from elbow surgery was crossing the street about 3:08 p.m. April 15 at the intersection of Park Road North and Penn Avenue in Wyomissing when a vehicle bumped him, knocking him to the ground and reinjuring his elbow. The driver took the victim to the hospital.
