Turns out, skateboarding IS a crime in some places

A West Reading police officer on patrol about 3:45 p.m. April 3 spotted three kids skateboarding in the parking lot north of Berkshire Bank, in the 500 block of Penn Avenue in the borough. The officer had warned them before; this time he told them all they’d receive disorderly conduct citations in the mail.
