Passenger arrested after traffic stop

A woman was arrested March 19 after West Reading police stopped the Jeep she was riding in about 10:02 p.m. in the 400 block of Penn Avenue. The Jeep had made an illegal left turn onto Penn Avenue from North Fifth Avenue when police stopped it. The driver received a citation; the passenger received a ride to Reading Central Arraignment Court. She had an outstanding warrant and police turned her over to constables.
