Man, woman arrested in alley in West Reading

West Reading police officers spotted a man and woman walking out from behind a business about 2:55 a.m. March 12 in the 200 block of Highland Street in the borough, both smelling of pot and alcohol. Police discovered the man had an outstanding warrant and arrested him. The woman was arrested, but released a short time later. She faces charges of disorderly conduct, trespassing and public drunkenness.
