Heroin users arrested in Wyomissing
Two people face drug charges after a Wyomissing police officer spotted them shooting up heroin in a car about 6:10 p.m. March 25 near VF Outlet, in the 100 block of Park Road North. The officer also found packets of heroin and needles in the car.
