Reading woman faces drunken-driving charges following traffic stop in Wyomissing
A 21-year-old Reading resident was charged with two counts of drunken driving on Dec. 17 following a traffic stop five days earlier, about 2:29 a.m. Dec. 12, at the intersection of Penn Avenue and Reading Boulevard in Wyomissing. At the time the police officer stopped the vehicle for a suspended out-of-state registration but later discovered the “driver and two passengers were extremely intoxicated,” according to the police report.
