Girlfriend arrested after police track down suspicious man
A Starbucks employee called police about a man who appeared to be high about 6:26 p.m. Nov. 4 at the store in the 2100 block of State Hill Road in Wyomissing. When police talked to the man, he said he was simply having a reaction to his medications. He appeared to be out of trouble. His girlfriend, however, was not so lucky. Officers discovered she had nine active warrants and turned her over to the county constables.
