Two accused of shoplifting from VF Outlet in Wyomissing

Two people were detained by store security about 4:13 p.m. Oct. 16 at VF Outlet, in the 800 block of Hill Avenue in Wyomissing. Police issued citations to the pair, who reportedly stole $92.50 worth of merchandise.
