‘Flying squirrels’ take over man’s apartment

A West Reading patrolman found a man sleeping on a bench at 3:34 a.m. Sept. 5 in the 500 block of Penn Avenue. He told the officer he couldn’t sleep in his apartment in Reading because it had become overrun with squirrels. The officer told him to call an exterminator.
