Wrong-way driving leads to drunken-driving arrest

Wyomissing police noticed a car about 2 a.m. July 6 traveling west in the eastbound lane of the 1500 block of Penn Avenue in the borough. The driver refused a blood test and his vehicle was towed. The suspect, a 27-year-old West Reading man, faces one charge of drunken driving and charges of failing to keep to the right and disregarding traffic lanes.
