Woman tries to keep visitors out of public park in Wyomissing
In the afternoon of June 14, a woman in thick glasses and wearing a badge tried to tell would-be picnickers they couldn’t enter the Happy Hollow playground in the 1100 block of Wayne Avenue in Wyomissing. Officers told the “self-appointed enforcer” she couldn’t keep others out of the public park. The woman tried to argue the point but ultimately agreed.

I want to be best friends with this lady...guess I'd need a badge too though.
