Police called when man can't buy tobacco

A store clerk called Wyomissing police at 1:35 a.m. June 15 on behalf of a man who wanted the law to intervene. The clerk had refused to sell the man tobacco, and police reminded the customer that the store was privately owned. The man’s girlfriend provided identification and was thus able to buy what he wanted.
