About an hour later, someone called police to report a group of people exchanging money outside the liquor store also in the 1100 block of Woodland Road in Wyomissing. The officer who arrived spotted the person who bought the alcohol, but the buyer took off after seeing the police car. The officer found the people who had hoped to get the booze, and discovered they were under 21. He gave them a stern warning.

Underage would-be drinkers caught in Wyomissing
A Wyomissing police officer saw a young man buy a case of beer about 7:57 p.m. Oct. 3 from a store in the 1100 block of Woodland Road in the borough. The man then got into a car with three other people. When the officer stopped the beer buyer, the man gave the cop a fake ID. None of the people in the car could have bought the beer, either; they were all under 21.

Haha let's just hope the warning was stern enough because we all know what an unusual and malicious crime underage drinking is.
