Driver cited after single-vehicle accident in Wyomissing
A man driving east about 2:13 a.m. Sept. 11 in the 1900 block of Penn Avenue in Wyomissing veered into the westbound lane and struck a curb, rendering the vehicle inoperable. Police found the driver, who had left the crash, a short time later. The driver, a 27-year-old West Lawn resident, appeared to be a little drunk and was cited for several traffic violations, including driving without a license, failure to report an accident and careless driving.
