Car parked illegally had illegal substances inside

Wyomissing police found a vehicle parked at 9:23 p.m. Sept. 5 in the fire lane in front of a liquor store in a strip mall in the 1100 block of Woodland Road. The people in the car were under 21 and had drugs with them. They now face drug charges.
