Fight breaks out in West Reading restaurant

About 3 a.m. May 30 a fight broke out at a restaurant on the 400 block of Penn Avenue in West Reading. Wyomissing police were called to assist, but by the time the additional officers arrived, the fight had been broken up. West Reading police said four or five men were involved, but just one victim and one assailant. The victim suffered a bump to his head but was not hospitalized. The suspect was identified and released.
